对杭钢方坯结晶器电磁搅拌磁场和扭矩进行了冷态测试,研究了磁场和扭矩随电流、频率的变化规律及磁场的空间位置分布特点。结果表明,磁感应强度大时,电磁力矩不一定大,强调应把电磁力矩作为搅拌器性能的最佳指标。通过不同频率下的扭矩值确定EMS的最佳频率,结果对合理制定及优化电磁搅拌工艺参数提供了理论依据。
The cold magnetic field and torque of the electromagnetic stirring of Hangzhou Steel billet mold were tested. The variation of magnetic field and torque with current and frequency and the spatial distribution of magnetic field were studied. The results show that the electromagnetic torque is not necessarily large when the magnetic induction intensity is high, and the electromagnetic torque should be emphasized as the best indicator of the performance of the mixer. The optimal frequency of EMS is determined by the torque values at different frequencies. The results provide a theoretical basis for the rational formulation and optimization of electromagnetic stirring process parameters.
