以ＭｎＶ钢及ＣｒＭｏ系钢种分别作为Ｎ８０、Ｘ９５级套铣管用钢，采用轧后余热直接淬火＋回火的生产工艺，试制出综合力学性能良好的套铣管。介绍了Ｎ８０级和Ｘ９５级套铣管的主要技术要求、化学成分、生产工艺流程及力学性能。
Taking MnV steel and CrMo series steel as N80 and X95 grade milling tube steel respectively, the production process of direct quenching and tempering after rolling is adopted to produce the milling tube with good comprehensive mechanical properties. The main technical requirements, chemical compositions, production process and mechanical properties of N80 and X95 sleeve milling tubes are introduced.
