检验种子的发芽势和发芽率是评定种子质量的重要一环。目前,检验种子发芽势和发芽率常用的发芽床主要有滤纸、纱布和细砂3种。在多年的种子检验实践发现,根据季节的变换选择不同的发芽床检测种子发芽势和发芽率的效果好于单一发芽床的测试效果。
Testing seed germination potential and germination rate is an important part of the assessment of seed quality. At present, germination bed commonly used in the test of seed germination potential and germination rate are mainly 3 types of filter paper, gauze and fine sand. In many years of seed testing practice found that the choice of different germination bed according to the season of the transformation of seed germination potential and germination rate is better than single germination bed test results.
