14年来,党的改革开放方针使我国的出版事业得到了空前的慧荣,这是必须肯定的。不过,在改变出版物流通的问題上,还做得很不够。虽然改变了新华书店和邮局单一的流通渠道,出版单位搞起了发行业务,出版物市场较之已往活跃了许多,但是,使出版业完全由生产型转变为生产经营型,使出版物畅其流,尽其用,还有待出版改革的深化。有些出版社仍然存在重生产(编辑出版)、轻流通的倾向,存在着不适应市场经济发展的问题。请看:
