“人往高处走,水往低处流”。每个人都希望自己在社会上有所作为,在单位能够被领导、同事重视,自己的职位也有所上升。作为一个职场上的新手,几乎都会面临这样的现状:重要的课题、深造的名额、出头的机会,都让老员工占了。特别是人员稳定的大公司,比小公司机会更少。新员工能够进来,就很不容易了,留给新员工的,开始当然是些辅助性的工作。在这样的环境里,是不是就没有机会了?有没有可能脱颖而出呢?只要你作有心之人,是会有机会的。
