FIDIC“红皮书”和“黄皮书”分别是土木工程和电气、机械工程标准合同条件格式的俗称。由于土木工程与电气、机械工程的性质不同 ,对承包商的要求也有区别 ,因而这 2个标准文件中的几个重要日期和时期存在明显的差异。当同一施工现场同一工程项目由同一个承包商承包土木工程和电气、机械工程时 ,这些差异必将妨碍其单独使用。应结合火电建设的行业特点和工程实践来修改 ,才具有可操作性 ,使FIDIC文件实际应用在火电建设工程上。
FIDIC “Red Book” and “Yellow Book” are civil and electrical, mechanical engineering standard contractual format commonly known. Due to the different nature of civil engineering and electrical and mechanical engineering, there are also differences on the requirements of the contractor, so there are obvious differences in several important dates and periods in the two standard documents. When civil engineering, electrical engineering and mechanical engineering are contracted by the same contractor for the same project on the same construction site, these differences will inevitably hinder their individual use. Should be combined with the thermal power construction industry characteristics and engineering practice to modify, it is operable, so that FIDIC file actually used in thermal power construction projects.
