煤层瓦斯抽放是解决煤矿瓦斯问题最根本、最有效的措施。为了寻求合理的钻孔抽放参数,应用Fluent流体力学数值模拟软件,分析不同抽放负压、钻孔直径、抽放时间、封孔深度条件下的钻孔抽放半径和抽放量,得到各因素对煤层瓦斯抽放效果的影响规律。结合天池矿401工作面现场实测数据,得出适合该矿15#煤层瓦斯钻孔抽放参数。
Coal seam gas drainage is the most fundamental and effective measure to solve the coal mine gas problem. In order to find a reasonable parameter of borehole drainage, the numerical simulation software Fluent was used to analyze the drainage radius and drainage volume of borehole under different suction pressure, borehole diameter, drainage time and sealing depth. Influence of Various Factors on Coal Seam Gas Drainage Efficiency. Combined with field test data of 401 face of Tianchi Mine, the parameters of gas drainage for 15 # coal seam in this mine are obtained.
