取300~450g雄性大鼠21只,随机分为三组,每组7只。Ⅰ组静脉注射1.0%硫贲妥钠3.15mg/100g,Ⅱ组和Ⅲ组分别静脉注射1.0%异丙酚1.0mg/100g和1.575mg/100g,记录给药后不同时期HR、MAP和±dp/dt变化。结果:静脉注射异丙酚后,HR、MAP和±dp/dt均较同组给药前明显降低,其降低程度随异丙酚剂量增加而增加。与等效剂量的硫贲妥钠(Ⅰ组)相比,Ⅱ组下降幅度与硫贲妥钠相似,Ⅲ组较硫贲妥钠明显。±dp/dt降低提示异丙酚对大鼠心肌收缩性有抑制作用,其作用呈明显剂量相关性。
Take 300 ~ 450g male rats 21, were randomly divided into three groups of 7. Group Ⅰ was given intravenous injection of 1.0% thiopental sodium 3.15mg / 100g, group Ⅱ and Ⅲ were intravenously injected with 1.0% propofol 1.0mg / 100g and 1.575mg / 100g respectively, Period HR, MAP and ± dp / dt changes. Results: After intravenous injection of propofol, HR, MAP and ± dp / dt were significantly lower than those of the same group before administration, and the decrease was accompanied by an increase in the dose of propofol. Compared with the equivalent dose of thiopental sodium (group I), the decrease in group Ⅱ was similar to that of thiopental, and that of group Ⅲ was more pronounced than that of thiopental. The decrease of ± dp / dt suggests that propofol can inhibit the contractility of myocardium in rats, and its effect is obviously dose-dependent.
