胡锦涛总书记指出,深入推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,必须重点抓好反腐倡廉制度建设,切实提高制度执行力,增强制度实效。十七届中央纪委六次全会强调,要深入推进改革和制度创新。国有企业必须高度重视反腐倡廉制度建设,作为党的建设和企业发展的重要任务,持续推进。
General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out: In deepening the work of building a clean government and fighting corruption, we must focus our efforts on building a system of fighting corruption and advocating for clean government, earnestly improving the implementation of the system and enhancing the effectiveness of the system. The Sixteenth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection emphasized that we must further promote reform and system innovation. State-owned enterprises must attach great importance to the establishment of an anti-corruption system, and continue to push forward the important task of party building and enterprise development.
