8月21日,国家旅游局发布《旅游经营者处理投诉规范》、《文化主题旅游饭店基本要求与评价》、《旅游民宿基本要求与评价》、《精品旅游饭店》等4项行业标准,并将于2017年10月1日起实施。在基本要求方面,民宿经营必须依法取得当地政府要求的相关证照,并满足公安机关治安消防相关要求。民宿单幢建筑客房数量应不超过14间(套)。此外,民宿从业人员还应经过卫生培训和健康检查,持证上岗。值得注意的是,行业标准中还将民宿划分为两种等
