随着中国经济的飞速发展,企业对技术人才的需求与日俱增。一方面,各大学传统的培养模式塑造了大量的研究型、学者型人才;另一方面,企业中专业技术型人才的大量缺乏。为此,各中职学校迎来了发展的又一次新机遇,招生火暴,生源充足。但学校的管理也遇到了新问题,学生的文化基础普遍薄弱,学习能力不高,学习习惯不好,基础学科教学目标实施较难,任课老师不仅要研究教材,而且要研究学生。对于数学学科而言,为了提高课堂教学的有效性,需从学生的思想指导、教材内容、教法、学法、评价等方面进行改革。
With the rapid economic development in China, the demand for skilled personnel in enterprises has been increasing day by day. On the one hand, the traditional mode of university training has shaped a large number of research-oriented and scholar-type talents; on the other hand, there has been a large lack of specialized technical personnel in enterprises. To this end, all secondary vocational schools ushered in the development of another new opportunity, enrollment hot, adequate student body. However, the management of the school also encountered new problems. Students generally have weak cultural foundation, poor learning ability and poor learning habits. The teaching of basic subjects is difficult to implement. Teachers should study not only teaching materials but also students. For mathematics, in order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, we must reform from the ideological guidance of students, teaching materials, teaching methods, learning methods, evaluation and so on.
