反思教学法(Reflective Teaching Practice又译为反思性教学)是20世纪80年代以来在西方发达国家教育领域里兴起的新的教学理论和实践。反思性外语教学过程应该是一个教师自我反思、自我理解、自我完善、自我提高的过程。本文以反思性教学为方法指导,结合反思教学法理论及实践对外语教学进行探讨。首先指出外语教师教学反思及其应用策略,其次通过对外语教学理论研究及外语课堂教学模式的反思,引用行动研究理论和对课堂实践的观察阐述反思性教学与教师专业发展的内在联系。最后指出外语教师既是教学的实践者,又是教育理论的思考者与建构者。
Reflective Teaching Practice (Reflective Teaching Practice is also translated as reflective teaching) is a new teaching theory and practice that emerged in the education field of Western developed countries since the 1980s. Reflective foreign language teaching process should be a teacher self-reflection, self-understanding, self-improvement, self-improvement process. In this paper, reflective teaching as a method of guidance, combined with reflective teaching theory and practice of foreign language teaching to explore. First of all, it points out the teaching reflections of foreign language teachers and their application strategies. Secondly, through the reflection on the theories of foreign language teaching and foreign language classroom teaching, this paper uses the theory of action research and the observation of classroom practice to elaborate the intrinsic relationship between reflective teaching and teacher professional development. Finally, it points out that foreign language teachers are not only practitioners of teaching but also thinkers and constructors of educational theories.
