为了生产高质量的润滑油基础油 ,考察了加氢精制催化剂RN -1的脱氮性能 .以大庆油 15 0BS和 15 0SN为原料 ,在 2 0mL固定床加氢试验装置上 ,分别考察了温度、氢分压及质量空速对催化剂性能的影响 .试验结果表明 :在反应温度为 410℃ ,氢分压为 14MPa ,质量空速为 1.0 0h- 1 ,氢油体积比为 5 0 0的条件下 ,15 0BS油的脱氮率达到 99.1% ;在反应温度为 380℃ ,氢分压为 13MPa ,质量空速为 1.0 0h- 1 ,氢油体积比为 5 0 0的条件下 ,15 0SN油的脱氮率达到 99.4% .RN -1催化剂具有优良的脱氮性能 ,可以作为润滑油基础油生产的加氢精制催化剂
