Due to the growing research in physics and mechanics of liquid helium and liquid hydrogen in our country, the accurate measurement of low temperature is more and more important. Especially for the temperature measurement below 13.81K, there is still a lack of a convenient and accurate secondary thermometer in our country. Internationally, a few countries have studied and used semiconductor germanium thermometers, some of which have been used as temperature standards below 13.81K. As the semiconductor germanium thermometer at low temperature resistance decreases rapidly with the increase of temperature, which has a relatively high sensitivity
