哮喘被定义为气道炎症和支气管超敏。其中对炎症过程的认识及以其为靶的治疗策略不仅提高了有关哮喘控制的临床水平。而且也已成为哮喘治疗药物研究与开发的主要基础和方向。本文概述抗哮喘药物的研究进展。
Asthma is defined as airway inflammation and bronchial hypersensitivity. The understanding of the inflammatory process and the therapeutic strategies targeted at it not only improve the clinical level of asthma control. But also has become the main foundation and direction of the research and development of asthma therapeutic drugs. This article outlines the progress of anti-asthma drugs.
