在电视台整体的运营过程中,新闻记者本身在电视台内处于一种关键的位置。那么对于新闻记者而言,采访本身是非常重要的工作组成部分。新闻记者们可以通过对于当事人或者当事群体的采访报道,来将最有新闻价值的信息和内容通过电视媒体的方式传播给大众。而且,面对面的采访交流也能够进一步的提升新闻报道的真实可靠性。但是,对于新闻记者来说,因为被采访者之间存在着学历、社会地位等多方面的差距,所以,在实际进行采访的工作的过程中,必须要求新闻记者具备一定的临场应变能力。
In the overall operation of the television station, journalists themselves are in a key position within the television station. So for journalists, the interview itself is a very important part of the work. Journalists can disseminate the most newsworthy information and content to the general public through the television media through coverage of interviews with parties or groups of parties. Moreover, face-to-face interview exchanges can further enhance the authenticity of news coverage. However, for journalists, because interviewees have many differences in academic qualifications and social status, interviewers must be required to have some on-the-spot adaptability during the actual interview.
