目的:对不同产地、不同采收时期的火绒草药材总黄酮含量进行对比研究。方法:以芦丁为对照,利用紫外分光光度法测定火绒草药材中的总黄酮含量。结果:由于产地和采收季节不同,火绒草药材中总黄酮有差异,辽宁沈阳东陵地区,8月份含量最佳;辽宁鞍山地区,9月份最佳;同一时间采收的药材,辽宁鞍山含量最佳。结论:本法准确可靠,操作简单重现性好,可用于火绒草药材总黄酮含量的测定。
Objective: To compare the content of total flavonoids of Leontopodium sinense in different production areas and harvest time. Methods: Using rutin as a control, the content of total flavonoids in T. velutipes was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. RESULTS: Due to the difference in origin and harvesting season, total flavonoids in H. velutipes were different. In Dongling, Shenyang, Liaoning, the content was the best in August; in Anshan, Liaoning Province, the best in September; the herbs were collected at the same time, Anshan, Liaoning Province optimal. Conclusion: This method is accurate and reliable, and has good reproducibility of operation. It can be used for the determination of total flavonoids content in the velveteen herbs.
