三月下旬,雁北、运城两地区水土保持委员会分别召开会议,学习中央书记处农村政策研究室杜润生主任和省委王庭栋书记关于我省以户承包治理小流域的指示,贯彻落实省水土保持委员会一号文件精神,迅速掀起以户承包治理小流域高潮的措施和步骤。地区有关部门和各县主管农业的书记(县长)、农委、水利局领导同志参加了会议。
