本文根据内燃机车冷却液中的亚硝酸根可与邻苯二胺在盐酸介质中反应形成红色产物，提出了分光光度快速测定内燃机车冷却液中亚硝酸根含量的方法。所拟方法用于冷却液中亚硝酸根的测定，结果与容量分析法一致．
In this paper, nitrite in the coolant of diesel locomotive can react with ortho-phenylenediamine in hydrochloric acid medium to form red product, and a rapid spectrophotometric method for determination of nitrite content in the coolant of diesel locomotive is proposed. The proposed method for the determination of nitrite in the coolant, the results consistent with the capacity analysis method.
