相对海平面上升对上海市海塘影响的研究

海平面上升是全球气候变暖的必然结果.海平面上升加剧了沿海地区的灾害。海塘作为防护海洋灾害的重要工程措施,在防汛防台中发挥着巨大作用。本文通过研究海平面上升、城市地面沉降和海塘自身沉降的趋势,分析了相对海平面上升对海塘工程防汛带来的不利影响,并提出了今后海塘工程管理的对策和建议。
