钝性物体击伤眼球,眶内常有弥漫性出血,而引起球后血性囊肿者则较少见。我院所见一例,如果不追问外伤史,其眼球突出的表现酷似球后肿物所致,故特报告如下: 患者男性,16岁,住院号122823,1986年5月20日因左眼球突出入院,入院前10天,左眼眶上缘部被人用酒瓶误伤,该处皮肤裂伤,伤后5天,左眼球开始突出,并眼部胀痛,遂来我院求治。患者既往双眼视力均为1.5,亦未发现眼部有任何疾病。检查:生身一般状况好。眼部情况:右眼 Blunt objects wounded the eye, often diffuse bleeding within the orbit, causing posterior ball of the cyst is less common.
