现今,我国社会经济不断快速发展,我国的各个产业发展尤为迅速,产业结构、产业链发展都有了巨大的变化,因此,对各种人才的需求都在不断的提升。而在我国现今的劳动市场中,更多的是非技能型人才,技能型人才十分短缺。在我国职业学校的发展进步过程中,对培训方面的发展关系着职业学校培养的人才的素质的高低,因此,笔者就如何发挥职业学校的培训功能进行探讨。
Nowadays, with the rapid and rapid social and economic development in our country, the development of various industries in our country is very rapid. The industrial structure and the development of the industrial chain have undergone tremendous changes. Therefore, the demand for various kinds of talents has been continuously improved. However, in our country’s labor market today, more are unskilled talents, and skilled professionals are in short supply. In the course of the development and progress of vocational schools in our country, the development of training is related to the quality of qualified personnel trained by vocational schools. Therefore, the author discusses how to give full play to the training function of vocational schools.
