目的：探讨端粒酶活性在消化道恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法：使用改良的TRAP-银染法。结果：检测83例消化道肿瘤标本端粒酶活性，其中食道癌31例，阳性29例；胃癌30例，阳性24例；大肠癌22例，阳性20例。结论：改良TRAP-银染法检测消化道恶性肿瘤端粒酶活性对消化遣恶性肿瘤的诊断、预后及指导治疗有重要的价值。
Objective: To investigate the value of telomerase activity in the diagnosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract. Method: Use modified TRAP-silver staining. Results: The telomerase activity was detected in 83 cases of digestive tract tumors, including 31 cases of esophageal cancer, 29 cases of positive, 30 cases of gastric cancer, 24 cases of positive, 22 cases of colorectal cancer, and 20 cases of positive colorectal cancer. Conclusion: The improved TRAP-silver staining method for the detection of telomerase activity in digestive tract malignancies is of great value in the diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of malignancy.
