一、项目概况(一)项目背景陕西南沟门水利枢纽工程位于延安市黄陵县境内,水库坝址位于北洛河支流葫芦河河口上游约3公里处,距延安市约120公里,距西安市约180公里。该项目及其配套供水工程主要向延安南部重点能源化工项目供水。该项目被列入延安市“十一五”、“十二五”重点建设项目,是延安市“引水兴工,产业转型”发展战略的重要支撑,对延安经济社会发展意义重大。陕西南沟门水利枢纽工程为大(Ⅱ)型工程,由南沟门水库和引洛入葫工程组成。南沟门水库由大坝、溢洪道、导流泄洪洞、引水发电洞、电站等
I. Project Overview 4.1 Project Background The Nangoumen Water Control Project in Shaanxi Province is located in Huangling County, Yan’an City. The reservoir dam site is located about 3 kilometers upstream of the Huluhe Estuary of the Beiluo River tributary, about 120 kilometers away from Yan’an City, City about 180 km. The project and its supporting water supply project mainly provide water to key energy and chemical projects in southern Yan’an. The project was included in key construction projects of Yan’an City during the 11th Five-year Plan and the Twelfth Five-year Plan period, which is an important support for the development strategy of “diversion and construction and industrial restructuring” in Yan’an City, and has an important bearing on the economic and social development of Yan’an major. Shaanxi Nangoumen Water Conservancy Project is a large (Ⅱ) -type project, which is composed of Nangoumen Reservoir and the project of introducing water into Loach.
