根据浇冒口设计理论和生产经验,开发了适用于球铁浇冒口系统设计的FTCAD软件。该软件可进行铸件模数和重量计算、厚大断面铸件的无冒口设计、中小件冒口设计及绘制模板布置图和浇冒口系统图。在生产应用中能提高工艺出品率,具有明显的经济效益。
According to the Riser Design Theory and Production Experience, FTCAD software has been developed for the design of ductile iron feeder system. The software can be cast modulus and weight calculation, non-riser design of thick section casting, small and medium sized riser design and drawing template layout and pouring riser system diagram. In the production and application of technology can improve the yield, with obvious economic benefits.
