本文分析了钢铁材料离子氮化金相组织形态,对比了离子氮化、催渗氮化和尿素软氮化的金相组织形态。通过金相分析与观察电子显微镜复型初步确定离子氮化的渗层的最外层多为致密的化合物层,有时也出现细微针孔;而催渗氮化与尿素软氮化渗层的最外层常有微孔存在,不如离子氮化致密,且硬度稍低。通过测定渗层的硬度与渗入深度,可以认为三种氮化法的渗入速度相差不甚悬殊,但离子氮化可能稍快些,并且离子氮化可能获得较深的渗层。此外,文中给出了几种钢铁材料离子氮化渗层的硬度分布曲线带。
In this paper, the morphology of ion nitrided metallurgical structure of steel materials is analyzed, and the microstructure morphology of ion nitriding, nitriding nitriding and urea nitriding are compared. Through metallographic analysis and observation of electron microscopy, it was initially determined that the outermost layer of the ion nitriding layer is mostly a dense compound layer, and fine pinholes sometimes appear. By measuring the hardness and infiltration depth of the infiltration layer, it can be considered that the infiltration rates of the three nitriding methods are quite different, but the ion nitriding may be slightly faster and the ion nitriding may obtain a deeper infiltration layer. In addition, some hardness curves of ion nitriding layers in steel materials are given.
