少先队工作千头万绪,根本的目的就是在突出学生个性的前提下促进学生的全面发展。家长在少先队工作中发挥着巨大的作用。少先队辅导员的重要工作之一,就是多与家长联系,取得家长的理解和支持。从两个方面阐述了如何与家长进行有效地沟通,取得家长的支持和理解。
Young pioneers work a multitude of things, the fundamental purpose is to highlight the personality of students under the premise of promoting the all-round development of students. Parents play a huge role in the work of Young Pioneers. One of the important tasks of Young Pioneers counselors is to contact more parents and gain the understanding and support of parents. It expounds how to communicate effectively with parents and gain the support and understanding of parents from two aspects.
