This patent describes the low-pressure casting device with a three-stage injection cycle control system. The crucible C (see picture) is installed in the sealing furnace F. Metal liquid in the gas pipe 9 into the gas pressure, through the riser charge into the mold D. The first stage pressure of the injection cycle is achieved by the compressed air source 1 or the inert gas. The compressed air flows through the pressure reducing valve 2 into the gas tank 3 and the two-position two-way solenoid valve 4.
