大坝混凝土运输和浇筑系统中混凝土运输车的往返作业、混凝土料罐车的供气及闸门的开关作业,如操作不当就会给工作人员带来危害。为了确保人身安全、提高生产率就要求实现混凝土的自动运输和浇筑。日本研制的混凝土自动运输和浇筑系统的主要特点如下: 1.自动运行的混凝土运输车既适合采用缆索起重机浇筑,又适合采用塔式起重机浇筑;2.可以在运料线的任意位置用料罐供给混凝土,料罐供料方式有前卸式和侧溜槽式;3.采用复轨,几台运输车可同时运行,提高了运输效率;4.具有监视运料线与起重机运行情况的机能,一旦发生故障能迅速采取措施;5.按照料罐的工位,接受料罐的台车能自动跟踪,加快了循环;6.料罐采用自动供气,可远距离操纵;7.采用料罐高度显示器,引导料罐就位;8.与地重机防止冲突装置联合使用,提高了运输作业的安全性。
