The LD10CS aluminum alloy TIG welding, the use of metallographic, hardness and corrosion experiments to study the different welding current LD10CS aluminum alloy welded joints and the performance of the organization. The results show that when the current is too large, the large amount of heat input leads to coarse grains, and excessive welding current may also cause the burning of alloying elements. When the current is too small, the cooling rate is too fast and the second phase can not fully and uniformly When the welding current is 230 A, the microstructure of the welded joint is fine and uniform α-Al solid solution, and the uniform, fine and dispersed second phase is distributed on the welded joint so that the joint has good hardness and corrosion resistance.
