中国30年改革开放和经济建设,各地和各级政府都一直把加快经济增长当作解决一切社会经济矛盾的首选,而在增长速度下降和国民经济进入低增长的阶段,就要面对新的选择了。选择国民收入和人口密度指标考核政府业绩,是要及时调整政府的行为,把工作重点从招商引资和圈地盖楼转到服务民生,消解矛盾,谋求长期可持续发展上来。
For 30 years of China’s reform and opening up and economic construction, all localities and all levels of government have always regarded accelerating economic growth as the first choice for resolving all social and economic contradictions. However, at a stage where the growth rate is slowing down and the national economy enters a period of low growth, we must face a new chosen. To select the national income and population density indicators to assess the performance of the government, it is necessary to timely adjust the behavior of the government and shift the focus of work from attracting business investment and building land to service people’s livelihood, dissolving contradictions and seeking long-term sustainable development.
