用ACC处理保持系会降低花粉的可育度, 使其幼穗中蛋白质、DNA 和RNA 含量以及蛋白酶、RNA 酶和DNA 酶活性下降; 并使O·2 的生成速率和丙二醛含量上升, CAT 和SOD活性下降, POD 活性上升。用AVG 处理不育系, 可使其花粉育性得以部分提高, 使其幼穗蛋白质、DNA 和RNA 含量以及蛋白酶、RNA 酶和DNA 酶活性下降,并使O·2 生成速率和丙二醛含量下降,使CAT、SOD和POD活性上升; ACC可降低AVG 的这些效应。提示乙烯可能通过调节大分子和活性氧代谢而影响花粉育性的表达
Treatment of maintainer lines with ACC reduced the pollen fertility and decreased the protein, DNA and RNA content and the activities of protease, RNase and DNase in young panicles, and increased the O 2 production rate and MDA content, CAT and SOD activity decreased, POD activity increased. Treatment of sterile lines with AVG partially increased pollen fertility and decreased the contents of young panicles protein, DNA and RNA as well as the activities of protease, RNase and DNase, as well as the O 2 production rate and the malondialdehyde content Decreased, CAT, SOD and POD activity increased; ACC can reduce these effects of AVG. It is suggested that ethylene may affect the expression of pollen fertility by regulating the metabolism of macromolecules and reactive oxygen species
