我厂在X53T立铣上加工如图1所示工件时,按工艺要求是先将Rα12.5面上各凸台加工至要求,然后再按工艺流程继续加工。凸台加工后,所组成的平面其平面度公差要求小于0.1mm.我们原设计的夹具四个支承中只采用一个为可调整的。这样对毛坯铸件的平面度要求就要≤0.9mm,否则加工就难以达到上述要求,铸件的报废率很高。为了使产品达到质量标准,又要提高铸件的合格率,我们设计了如图2所示夹具,夹具有四个支承点,在成对角线方向上的两个支承为可调的。操作时,只要扳动手
