目的为了解医疗单位医务人员手卫生消毒与二次供水关系,进一步加强医院消毒与供水管理。方法根据GB15981-1995《消毒与灭菌效果评价方法与标准》和GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》及《生活饮用水规范》(2006)进行。结果各种监测对象合格率分别为:医生手为83.10%;护士手为96.23%;二次供水为58.46%。而且绝大部分医务人员手细菌超标的,其单位水细菌总数也超标。结论广州市属医院手卫生消毒质量整体较好,但应加强重点科室和二次供水等管理工作。
Objective To understand the relationship between medical hand hygiene disinfection and secondary water supply in medical units and to further strengthen hospital disinfection and water supply management. Methods According to GB15981-1995 “Disinfection and sterilization effect evaluation methods and standards” and GB15982-1995 “hospital disinfection health standards” and “drinking water standards” (2006). Results The passing rates of various monitoring objects were as follows: 83.10% for doctors’ hands, 96.23% for nurses and 58.46% for secondary water supply. And the vast majority of medical staff hand bacteria exceeded, the total number of units of water bacteria also exceeded. Conclusions The quality of hand hygiene disinfection in hospitals of Guangzhou is good overall, but the management of key departments and secondary water supply should be strengthened.
