一、前言钢在渗氮时,氮由表面向内部扩散导致碳的迁移,这一现象曾被一些学者所注意到,但说法不一。ЮргенсонА.А认为钢在渗氮过程中碳被排挤到扩散层最里层,形成含碳量很高的区域。F.Hoffmann,Zysk等人研究了ε相中碳含量的变化,得出其中碳部分来自钢的基体,但对碳在扩散层中的行为则没有进行论述。我们在研究渗氮催渗过程中,亦观察到碳的迁移现象。本文就38CrMoAlA钢渗氮时,碳的迁移行为进行了初步的探讨。
I. Introduction Steel in the nitriding, nitrogen from the surface to the internal diffusion lead to the migration of carbon, a phenomenon that has been noted by some scholars, but different opinions. ЮргенсонА.А thinks that during the nitriding process, carbon is pushed out into the innermost layer of the diffusion layer to form areas with high carbon content. F. Hoffmann, Zysk et al. Studied the change of the carbon content in the ε phase, and found that the carbon part came from the steel matrix, but the behavior of carbon in the diffusion layer was not discussed.
