利用热轧机组轧制试验研究了热机械控制(TMCP)工艺及轧后辊道待温时间对双相不锈钢2205厚板综合性能的影响。结果表明,TMCP态与热轧退火态相比铁素体含量更高;抗拉强度和硬度提高较多;塑性、低温冲击韧性和耐点腐蚀性能相当。随着辊道待温时间的增加,铁素体含量不断减少,相界处锯齿状奥氏体增多并最终融合形成岛状奥氏体。同时材料的抗拉强度、硬度和冲击韧性先增大后减小,在150 s时达到最大;耐点腐蚀性能则逐渐下降。
The effects of TMCP process and roller waiting time after rolling on the comprehensive properties of duplex stainless steel 2205 slab were studied by using hot rolling mill rolling test. The results show that the content of ferrite in TMCP is higher than that in hot rolled and annealed; the tensile strength and hardness increase more; the plasticity, low temperature impact toughness and pitting corrosion resistance are comparable. With the increase of roller waiting time, the content of ferrite decreases continuously, the serrated austenite in the phase boundary increases and finally forms the island austenite. At the same time, the tensile strength, hardness and impact toughness of the material first increase and then decrease, reaching the maximum at 150 s; and the pitting corrosion resistance gradually decreases.
