随着高职英语教育发展,人们更加关注教师作为社会文化共同体中的参与者的发展与学习,在此模式下的“教师发展”关心教师“内在自我”的发展。若要理解教师的内心世界,我们需要一个“主位”的视角来获得教师对我的理解和对职业的诠释。本文从当前高职英语教师应该具备哪些优秀素质入手,结合目前高职英语教师发展的现状,系统阐述基于叙事角度培养高职英语教师的专业素质。
With the development of higher vocational education in English, people pay more attention to the development and learning of teachers as participants in social and cultural communities. In this mode, the development of teachers is concerned with teachers and inner self. To understand the inner world of teachers, we need a “primary position” perspective to gain teachers’ understanding of me and the interpretation of careers. This article starts with what excellent teachers should possess in English. According to the current situation of the development of English teachers in higher vocational colleges, this paper systematically expounds the professional quality of cultivating English teachers in vocational colleges based on narrative perspectives.
