由中国抗日战争史学会与辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省社会科学院等单位联合筹办的“九一八事变60周年国际学术讨论会”,于1991年9月17日—20日在九一八事变发生地沈阳市举行。出席这次会议的有中国大陆、台湾、香港地区和朝鲜民主主义人民共和国、苏联、日本、美国、加拿大、德国等国学者近百人,提交会议的论文共80余篇。与会者中有:中国抗日战争史学会会长刘大年、执行会长白介夫,辽宁、吉林、黑龙江三省有关负责同志,中国社会科学院院长胡绳,中国史学会会长戴逸、副会长金 The “International Symposium on the 60th Anniversary of the September 18 Incident” jointly organized by the Chinese Society for Anti-Japanese War History and the units of Academy of Social Sciences of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces, held on September 17-20, 1991 at the site of the September 18 Incident Shenyang held.
