动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种血管壁的慢性炎症疾病,免疫系统在其发生、发展过程中起着重要作用。最新的研究表明,调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)参与了AS的炎症反应,可以抑制炎症、改善AS。本文综述了近年有关Treg细胞与AS关系的文献,探讨了Treg细胞在AS发生发展中的作用,介绍了影响Treg细胞增殖的因子及对AS的治疗研究,并对AS的免疫疗法进行了展望。 Atherosclerosis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the vascular wall, and the immune system plays an important role in its occurrence and development. Recent studies show that regulatory T cells (Tregs) are involved in the inflammatory response of AS and suppress inflammation and improve AS. This review summarizes the recent literature on the relationship between Treg cells and AS, and explores the role of Tregs in the development and progression of AS. The factors that influence the proliferation of Tregs and the treatment of AS are also reviewed. The immunotherapy of AS is also prospected.
