本文对广州地区1997年结核病人的发现、管治状况进行综合分析，以期了解开展世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目（简称世贷项目）后所取得的成效及存在的问题，明确今后工作的重点与对策，不断提高本市结核病控制工作的水平。资料与方法资料来源于广州市属各区给防机构接世贷项目
In this paper, a comprehensive analysis of the status of tuberculosis patients in Guangzhou in 1997 was conducted, with a view to understanding the achievements and problems in implementing the World Bank Loan TB Control Project (referred to as the World Bank Loan Project) Countermeasures, continue to improve the level of tuberculosis control work in this city. Materials and Methods Data are from various districts in Guangzhou Municipality to the World Bank agencies to take over the World Bank loan
