目的 :ＯＰＨ是对心血管系统有明显活性的创新化合物。以往在试管内的研究显示它明显抑制黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶系统及中性粒细胞产生超氧阴离子 ,抑制Ｆｅｎｔｏｎ反应生成·ＯＨ的速率。它对抗Ｆｅ2 +-ｃｙｓｔｅｉｎｅ或Ｆｅ2 +-Ｈ2 Ｏ2 等自由基产生系统引起的心肌线粒体损伤
OBJECTIVE: OPH is an innovative compound with significant activity on cardiovascular system. Previous studies in vitro showed that it significantly inhibited the xanthine / xanthine oxidase system and the production of superoxide anion by neutrophils, inhibiting the rate of · OH generation by Fenton reaction.
