目的 :OPH是对心血管系统有明显活性的创新化合物。以往在试管内的研究显示它明显抑制黄嘌呤/黄嘌呤氧化酶系统及中性粒细胞产生超氧阴离子 ,抑制Fenton反应生成·OH的速率。它对抗Fe2 +-cysteine或Fe2 +-H2 O2 等自由基产生系统引起的心肌线粒体损伤
OBJECTIVE: OPH is an innovative compound with significant activity on cardiovascular system. Previous studies in vitro showed that it significantly inhibited the xanthine / xanthine oxidase system and the production of superoxide anion by neutrophils, inhibiting the rate of · OH generation by Fenton reaction. It counteracts myocardial mitochondrial damage induced by free radical production systems such as Fe2 + -cysteine or Fe2 + -H2 O2
