气动仪表的输出压力往往会有“振荡”现象,在输出压力指示表上反映出表针上下摆动。这种现象的出现影响出厂时的调校,所以要尽力消除之。气动仪表输出压力“振荡”源的分析是比较复杂的,要想消除“振荡”也是较困难的。这里介绍生产中摸索出来的一些经验供参考。气动仪表的自振荡,也就是输出压力随着喷嘴-挡板的一会儿离开一会儿靠近,使之功率放大器的输出端也一会儿升高一会儿降低。这种“振荡”可分为四类(图1):
