90只昆明离乳小鼠随机分成A、B、C 3组。A组自由摄食,B、C组的热能摄入分别为A组的80%和65%。3组动物的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素和无机盐摄入均相等。经40d限食后发现:B组动物身长、尾长、体重与A组无显著差异(P>0.05),C组则显著低于A、B两组(P<0.01);B组的饲料报酬最高,A组最低;在交配受孕方面,C组明显低于A、B组,但产仔数、哺乳数则与A、B组无显著差异(P>0.05)。
90 Kunming mice were randomly divided into A, B, C 3 groups. A group of free food intake, B, C thermal energy intake were 80% and 65% of the A group. The animals in Group 3 had equal intake of protein, fat, vitamins and inorganic salts. After 40 days, the results showed that there was no significant difference in body length, tail length and body weight between group B and group A (P> 0.05), group C was significantly lower than group A and group B (P <0.01) The highest in group A, and the lowest in group A. In mating pregnancy, group C was significantly lower than group A and B, but there was no significant difference between group A and group B (P> 0.05).
