羟苄四唑头孢菌素(cefamandole)自1979年国内试制成功后,我室对其体外抗菌作用和毒性进行了研究。本品具有比第一代头孢菌素更强的抗菌活性,对部分吲哚阳性变形杆菌、肠杆菌属和枸椽酸杆菌也有一定的抗菌作用;且毒性较低,一般剂量并不引起明显的肝、肾毒性反应。本文报道本品在实验动物组织与体液中分布的特点,并与其它头孢菌素进行比较。 材料 与 方法 一、材料 (一)药物:羟苄四唑头孢菌素、头孢菌素 Ⅰ(ceahalothin)和氧哌羟苯唑头孢菌素(cefoperazone)由上海第三制药厂供应。硫脒头孢菌素(cefathiamidine)由上海医药工业研究院供应。头孢菌素Ⅱ(cephaloridine)、唑啉头孢菌素(cephazolin)和环己烯头孢菌
Benzethionate (cefamandole) since 1979 after the successful trial, our room in vitro antibacterial activity and toxicity were studied. This product has stronger antibacterial activity than the first generation cephalosporins, some of Indole-positive Proteus, Enterobacter and Citrobacter also have some antibacterial effect; and less toxic, the general dose does not cause significant Liver, kidney toxicity. This article reports the characteristics of the product distribution in experimental animal tissues and body fluids, and compared with other cephalosporins. Materials and Methods I.
