从123份抗-HCV(+)血标本中,选择44份血清学可分型标本,检测了HCV基因型。结果仅18份血标本HCVRNAPCR(+),其中HCV血清1型,基因型为1b者16份;血清学1型,基因型为2a者1份;血清1、2混合型,基因型为1b者1份。血清学分型与基因型符合率为88.9%(16/18)。表明HCV血清学分型能够较真实地反映HCV基因型,有一定的实用价值。
From 123 anti-HCV (+) blood samples, 44 serotyping subtypes were selected and HCV genotypes were tested. Results Only 18 blood samples of HCV RNAPCR (+), of which HCV serotype 1 and genotype 1b were 16; serotype 1 and genotype 2a were 1; serum 1 and 2 mixed and genotype 1b 1 copy. The coincidence rate of serological typing and genotype was 88.9% (16/18). It shows that HCV serotyping can reflect the HCV genotype more authentically and has certain practical value.
