1996年,教育司在部党组的领导下,根据文化部1996年工作计划要点,拟重点抓好以下几方面的工作:一、召开全国艺术教育工作会议。全面贯彻落实《中国教育改革和发展纲要》及其实施意见的精神,加强对艺术教育事业的统筹规划和宏观管理,促进全国各级各类艺术教育事业的协调发展。二、继续探索办学体制、管理体制的改革。
