本文报道使用I_2-DMSO+H_2SO_4由2′,4′-二羟基双查酮Ⅱ_(a-c)一步合成双黄酮Ⅲ_(a-c),收率72—100%;并探讨了反应机制以及催化剂碘的用量对反应的影响;用TLC跟踪,通过柱层析分离了中间体Ⅳ_a和Ⅳ_b。
This article reports the synthesis of biflavonoids Ⅲ_ (ac) from I_2-DMSO + H_2SO_4 from 2 ’, 4’-dihydroxybischalcone Ⅱ ac (ac) in 72-100% yield. The reaction mechanism and the amount of iodine Effect on reaction; Intermediate IV_a and IV_b were isolated by column chromatography by TLC.
