我国东北某铁路分局机务段新建的地下油库系统管线,因施工质量问题造成投用后即出现管线焊缝裂纹和砂眼泄漏.又因设计缺陷,管线走向和阀门安装不合理,无法控制泄漏部位,致使油料流失造成经济损失,还严重污染环境.此地下贮油罐建于10余米高的山岗上,输出管线通往数10米外的铁路线边沿后注入内燃机车.管径为51和127mm两种规格,介质为柴油,输油压力为0.6MPa,泄漏部位均在焊缝上,有10余处,裂纹宽度为0.5mm左右,长度在20~50mm之间,砂眼直径约1mm,纯系焊接质量欠佳所致.曾用玻璃布直接缠绕堵
