目的:了解丽水某中专学校师生发生食物中毒的原因。方法:采取调查校内各食堂的供水分布,用餐食堂与发病情况及莱谱,监测食堂部分荣肴和水源样品,应用病例与无症状者对照,发病与用餐关联度等统计比较分析方法。结果:中毒发生地点在第四食堂但与第四食堂的菜谱无关,第四食堂供水系统与其他食堂不同,其水源水细菌总数为1500—2800cfu/ml,大肠菌群MPN9~460个/100ml,病人大使培养找到3株侵袭性大肠杆菌(EIEC)Q29。结论:认为该起食物中毒可能由水源污染所引起。
Objective: To understand the causes of food poisoning among teachers and students in a secondary school in Lishui City. Methods: To investigate the school canteens water distribution, dining canteens and incidence and Lai spectrum, part of the monitoring canteen Rong dishes and water samples, application cases and asymptomatic controls, incidence and meal related statistical analysis methods. Results: The poisoning occurred in the fourth canteen but not in the fourth canteen. The fourth canteen water system was different from other canteens. The total number of bacteria in its source water was 1500-2800cfu / ml, the coliform bacteria MPN was 460-400 / 100ml, The patient ambassador found three strains of invasive E. coli (EIEC) Q29. Conclusion: This food poisoning may be caused by water pollution.
