尽管在我国目前已经检查出来的艾滋病感染者(HIV阳性)中,通过血液传播(吸毒中的共用注射器以及卖血和输血)的人占大多数,但是在许多普及宣传材料中,仍然把性传播列为第一重要的传播途径;在我国正式的疾病分类里也把艾滋病归入“性传播疾病”。其实,性传播的可性能主要取决于两个因素:1.传播渠道有多少,即究竟有多少人有过“多伴侣性交”;2.渠道中的传播机会有多少,就是在“多伴侣性交”中,安全套使用率是多少。
